Camel Blues

The 7/4 time signature is supposed to make the rhythmic structure sound a little random, as it looks like one would feel riding on the top of a camel (that not having been one of my life experiences).

The RH tends to focus on the top 4 notes of the harmonic minor scale, with the augmented second giving the “desert” feel.

Another teaching point is the bitonality between the two hands.
